My husband loves the story about when we were dating I wasn't sure I wanted to be in a relationship so he started walking away from me. At that moment I realized I didn't want to live WITHOUT him so I grabbed his leg and held on for dear life.

your "heart" grows bigger with each slobbery kiss, with each hand held, and with each "I love you."
I remember thinking when I was about to have my second child "How am I ever going to love this next child as much as my first?" Then the child came and my heart expanded more than I ever thought possible. I think this happens every time we open ourselves up for love. I hope during National Heart Month you open yourselves up for a little more love in your life.

Santa...the hero of the world these days! Don't we M.O.M.'s sometimes feel a little cheated that this guy gets all the credit for our hard work?? Maybe though if we think about what he means: hope, love, giving at a time when no one else can. All things we could use a little more of. So Santa baby, hurry down the chimney tonight!

Yesterday my girls bombarded my husband the second he walked in the door, home from work, with this request: "Daddy, will you dance with me?". It was the sweetest thing ever. Today's song is dedicated to all father's who dance with their daughters, all husbands who dance with their wives, and all girls who've ever had the privilege of being loved by someone enough to be called, "My Girl."

your resume consists of all of these current job titles; maid, dishwasher, accountant, childs advocate, cook, taxi, therapist, teacher, entertainer and tutor.
I am sure that there are many others that I have left out, not on purpose. I think it is amazing all the different hats we wear and still survive and succeed from day to day. We CAN and DO do it ALL! We are SUPERWOMEN, saving the world one loved one at a time! My superwoman name is SheRa (not self proclaimed, but one I like and want to keep) and my power is love, my kryptonite is stupidity(j/k). Tell me, what is your superwoman name and power? (you have one, I know!)

a diaper sagging, booger crusted, mouth drooling, dirt covered child walks up to you crying and you think “Isn’t he so cute!”
It doesn’t matter if you put life into this child or not. Any woman who thinks that a child in this state is cute has to be a mom. How can you resist giving them a hug to cure those tears. It doesn’t matter if you just put on the most expensive outfit you own or just out of the shower. When you see this child the heart strings pull and you care about nothing in the world but making this little one better. It is this sensitivity and natural instinct that makes us great, strong, super M.O.M.’s.
Remember if you are a good M.O.M. 60% of the day you are a good M.O.M!
