Olive Garden Toscana soup
2 3/4 cup chicken broth
2 potatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 lb italian sausage (can use turkey sausage and add Italian seasoning)
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cups chopped kale
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Saute susage. When cooked cut into 1/2 in pieces and add into soup. Combine the broth and cream in saucepan over medium heat. Cube the unpeeled potatoes, add. Add kale. Add spices and let simmer for about 1 hour.
