Arise and Learn

I just tried this recipe last week and it was a huge hit with everyone!

Carmel Popcorn
1 Cup butter
2 Cups brown sugar
1/2 Cup karo syrup

Pop Popcorn about 6 Cups-pull out any unpopped kernals

Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 5 minutes. Then add 1 tsp baking soda, stir until foamy.

Spread popcorn on cookie sheet, pour mixture over popcorn. Put in 250 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
