Arise and Be Happy (and Dance)
Today I am grateful to be happy. Seems silly to be grateful for an emotion, but when most days you battle any form or amount of depression, stress and anxiety, it's so nice to just find peace and happiness. These days it seems we tend to feel more bad days than good. But for today let's be grateful for good days, Don't Worry...Be Happy!

Arise and Dance
stand up, push play and dance your heart out. "Hold On" to a loved one and sing to them at the top of your lungs(this is so that all your stress or anxiety spews from your body and only happiness and peace are left).
