Arise and Learn

January National Oatmeal Month
My favorite way to eat oatmeal is in my homemade granola. Thanks to my sister for introducing it to me. I pour it over strawberry yogurt and enjoy, I hope you do too.
Granola
2c old fashioned dry oatmeal
1/2 c honey
1/3 c oil
1/2 c nuts (sliced almonds/chopped macadamias)

Mix together spread on baking sheet with wax paper on the bottom. Bake @ 300degrees for 15 minutes. Take out and stir. Bake for an additional 10min. or until light golden brown.
