Christmas Butter Cookies
3/4 Cup butter, softned
1/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
combine butter , sugar, brown sugar and egg yolk. Add flour, baking powder and salt, mix well.
Cover and refridgerate.
Roll out and cut into fun Christmas shapes
Bake at 350 until edges start to brown
You can frost or glaze your cookies to decorate.
Cookie Glaze
4 Cups powdered sugar
4 to 6 tablespoons milk
add food coloring
and simply pour over the cookies and have fun!
