carrying the shopping bags is considered part of the weekly strength training workout.

Especially at this time of year when you are constantly carrying in more bags and bigger items for Santa. I try to carry as many bags as I can on each arm to make sure I really strength my muscles.lol I have people say "Oh, you must get a workout chasing and carrying your kids." I just wish it were enough of a workout that I didn't have to go to the gym.
At this wonderful time of year I hope you enjoy the added workout of shopping and transferring gifts. Remember that gifts are only a symbol of the greatest gift of all, Eternal Life.
