I found this cute project for my kids to do for their friends for Valentines day! All you need is scrapbook paper and dum dum suckers. So simple and adorable for the kids to make. Chicken tortilla soup1 med onion28 oz can diced tomatoes4 cups chicken broth1 Tbsp cumin1 can tomatoe soup (I like progresso creamy tomatoe and basil)3 cloves garlic minced2 lb chicken10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies2 cups beef stock1 tsp chilli powderCook for 1 hour on med heat. Serve with baked tortillas cut into strips, grated cheese and sour cream.
